Release Campaign Support | From $1,200

Have a new single, EP, album or music video coming out?

A release campaign helps bring your music to the attention of relevant media and industry contacts through a coordinated, time-limited promotional effort.

Depending on your needs, a campaign can include:

  • Campaign planning and release timeline.

  • Artist story and promotional angle development.

  • Targeted magazine, blog and online media pitches.

  • Podcast, radio and interview outreach.

  • Follow-ups and interview scheduling.

  • Coordination of promotional assets and release information.

  • Campaign tracking and a final progress report.

Campaigns generally run for four to six weeks. Larger campaigns and extended release schedules are quoted individually.

How It Works

1. Tell me about your music. We discuss your goals, upcoming releases, current needs and budget.

2. Build a practical plan. We identify realistic opportunities and decide where your time and money are best spent.

3. Get to work. I handle the agreed research, outreach, correspondence and coordination.

4. Keep track of progress. You'll know who has been contacted, what responses have arrived, which opportunities are developing and what happens next.

A Few Things to Know

  • Monthly packages are paid in advance and include the stated hours and services.

  • Additional work is billed at $45 per hour with your approval.

  • Unused monthly hours do not roll over.

  • Advertising budgets, paid submissions, travel, distribution fees and other third-party expenses are not included.

  • Media coverage, interviews, bookings and funding approvals cannot be guaranteed. Every opportunity depends on the artist, the material, timing and the decisions of third parties.

  • Artists retain ownership of their music and promotional materials. Account access and communications are handled with the artist's permission.

  • Applicable taxes are additional.
